Scarlet lost her Creators because of an accident that happened with an experiment that exploded when she was 19 at the science academy.

Shockwave is the younger twin brother of Soundwave. 

Shockwave was helping Scarlet with her science report when she got the call about her Creators accident. He comforted her the best he could. He told the academy professors what happened with Scarlet's situation, so they allowed them both to take some time away from their studies so Scarlet could mourn, then come back when she is ready to continue with her studies.All Rights Reserved
