The following poems were written when I was in middle school. The majority of my poems are from a poetry project that I did in 7th grade. The theme was Nebraska- one I chose myself. The others are poems I submitted to a literary magazine and a music poem. I will publish all of them over time. I hope you enjoy them. Here are the first two.

The UnSlut Project
I was the 6th-grade "slut." And I kept a diary. So I decided to create The UnSlut Project in the hopes that my own diary entries could provide some perspective to girls who currently feel trapped and ashamed. I am publishing these entries one at a time, without changing a single word except for the names of the people involved. My limited commentary, which is confined to brackets in each entry, is meant to provide the relief of my current perspective, fifteen years later. Poem Diary : Sonnets of a quiet heart but a loud mind
A bunch of poems I found in my notes app and Google docs. I make poems and collect them cause it's all the words I wanted to say but never said so I write with pen and paper. Some of them rhyme or they just keep on going. Lots of Spiraling & unwritten run off sentences. Hope you enjoy!!
Lit Cigarettes
2 teens, 2 separate lives, and 2 words linking them together without them even realizing. Each chapter will be electronic messages of anonymous teenagers, one boy and one girl, and will share dark themes and a ton of realistic mentionings of mental health disorders. The anonymous girl will figure out who the boy is and the messages get deeper as the two connect through their battles. Both teens will fight the battle 30 million people of all ages and gender battle in the U.S. ALONE. STORY MEANT TO RAISE AWARENESS IN MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS, NOT TO GLORIFY THESE ISSUES. I have had many family and friends go through mental health issues and I want to help raise awareness of how it feels to be trapped in your own body. Thanks! CONTENT WARNING.Complete
