A group of neo-generation vigilantes is taking the world by storm. No one knows who they are, what they are like or where they operate from.

Some say they aren't human, others call them psychopaths on a mission.

The only thing that is certain about this mysterious group is that whenever they take notice of a grievous crime left unchecked by the institutions of law and order, they swiftly step in and enact their own unique and symbolic brand of punishment.

None so far on the receiving end have survived, nor have any lived to tell what agenda this group harbors within their ranks.

For the weak and helpless who have been brutalized and torn, they are the masked avengers of a shattered millennium.
