Here's a thought: why are professionals in the health field pushing meds instead of pushing a healthier lifestyle. We need people to talk the real talk about being over weight. Stop viewing the talk about being over weight as bully but compare it to that of smoking a cigarette. This is your health, your life, and viability. But if you want to stop paying thousands of dollars to your cardiologist go for a run, INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH. That cardiologist may be the "best", what isn't the best is the patient not knowing thE full extent to their metabolic system and how it is a chain reaction. Please people invest in yourself so our health system doesn't crash and we have less people in pain and suffering just by being educated to do so. See for decades The knowledge is there and no one wants to listEn. As our population literally gets bigger we need to have people advocate to stop this madness.

Yes, it is sad... I am not prone to drama like the rest of you. Our lives are encompassed with monotonous events, the usual really: eat, sleep, work, repeat. But honestly, am I complaining? I can, I could have... But the question remains, do I even have the energy to spark up a fire? We could be flowers, adorning ourselves to appear more attractive for the bees' ocellus. Or glow brighter than the sun to entice. But why go through all that hustle when we can just live through the eyes of another? Seems simpler enough anyway. Suck the adrenaline rush of the stunners. The ones that even with just a sneeze, the entire earth would shake, sprinting towards them. Their being, the forbidden tree, strutting at the centre of the Garden of Eden. Their souls, Magnetite. We could attempt. But I do not want to. I try as much as possible to stay away from the disease. As thrilling as it may be: he who will swallow the apple seed must consider the size of his stomach. So why spend a thousand back-breaking years thereafter mopping up the residue? Have the moles drag down your name into the pits with them. Surely, we are not that desperate, are we? Never eye the wife of thy neighbour in fear that she just might be a white fowl with beautiful feathers. So why can I not just stay in my lane? Why can't we? Hi there, it's nice to meet you:) You may not know me, but I've seen you around the park. Hope I'm not being too creepy or anything, I just wanted to make friends. I also hope I don't come off as desperate to you, you seem like a wonderful person and you're beautiful too... ************************************************** When I tried getting back at my parents for sheltering me like an animal, I ate junk food like a gluten as I knew it would agitate the health freaks that call themselves my parents. The problem is that I didn't expect my next checkup to be attached to an alarm of my health. I just wanted to agitate my parents, not die because of my ignorance. Upon leaving the doctors office, I decided to do something to improve my health. Cardio was the first step along with eating right and on time. What I hadn't prepared for was a beautiful woman that would haunt me everywhere I went-Not physically but mentally. Either way I needed to get to know her so I can get her out of my mind. It's not like I have a chance, but why not try-already expecting disappointment. I really need a good woman in my life, but if not, I can deal with the friendzone. Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you.
