He cringed, tears pricking in his eyes. "I-I f-fell..." I thought Todoroki would call me out on my lies and yell at me. But he just nodded and said coolly, "please be more careful for me Midoryia." Deku nodded, oblivious to the tears dripping down his cheeks. "Midoriya..." Todoroki was concerned. His eyebrows were drawn together and the corners of his lips were pulled down into a scowl. "Don't cry, Midoriya. Would you like it if I took you to recovery girl?" Deku tried not to sniff audibly and shook his head
Todoroki was silent for a while. "Midoriya..." I snapped my eyes up at him, surprised at the alien ticked off tone in his voice. "It's Bakugou... Isn't it?" Tears fell down his face and he began to sob uncontrollably, "o-oh, Todo Kun! I'm tired! I'm tired of being Bakugou's stupid punching bag!" He uncovered his cheek, revealing the now purple and black bruise on his cheek and under his eye. Todoroki swallowed audibly and took deep breaths. It was a while before he talked. "I'm on my way," he growled.
