When a tornado isn't swaying from left to right that means it's coming straight for you.

For Cowan, a middle-aged man conducting research on a heavy line of supercell thunderstorms in the country towns of Queensland a week of storm activity is going to push him to the edge of sanity and his own sense of understanding of the way mother nature works.
This is Australia. No one is prepared for a tornado.

As the week of hell begins with the betrayal of his professional colleague he once called a friend, the prospect of a new job, dirty laundry spun out in the open and a string of violent tornados touching down threatening to destroy country towns. Cowan is thrown into an adventure containing a supercell full of terrifying choices and blisters in the wind.
