In the middle of the night, Y/N is taken away by a mysterious group of men. They bring her to an unknown location and start doing all kinds of tests on her, breaking her apart and putting her back together. 

Finally, they're done, and they give her an oh so simple mission:

I know that there are those few "winter soldiers" who froze to death, which was announced in Civil War, so this is going to be a story about there being another winter soldier who wasn't put into the ice because some certain people were being impatient.
