This is my blog. Containing all rants, thoughts, and opinions about this crazy Mofo we call earth.

So. This is mainly just thoughts and me rambling.. Or ranting... All of the above? Mix in some of my sarcasm and you might just amuse yourself.. Or want to bash your head into your wall because I'm simply that interesting and astounding.... right. So. This should be pretty self-explanatory and the first part should pretty much be a better, or more confusing and more winded, description..

Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness. There are external causes of unhappiness and these are discussed in later chapters. I appreciate, and will respond to, questions, comments, suggestions (and votes). Thanks for reading. I don't blog, just needed a place to vent. Who knows, maybe someone will read it and empathize or sympathize with me. All I know is, we're not alone. No matter how different we look on the outside, we all go through the same bloody bullshit. So this is me, getting all therapeutic and trying to survive this life as a person living with multiple chronic illnesses. And it fucking sucks! Just things I write well I'm not in a very good Place. I thought these aren't half bad. So why don't I share them with other people not only myself? So here we are I hope you like them. Also if some of them are Quotes or Poems you've seen before feel free to tell me, because I never looked anything up just wrote what came to mind. So maybe I wrote a Quote, that has already been thought of, and of course Thank you for even clicking on this worthless, trashy, and utterly pointless book... Side note it gets better at the end of this book. The beginning is 6th grade me (11-12 year old me) so it's pretty fucking terrible, but who gives a fuck anyway? Not Me!

idk i get bored easily and i love to write when i get bored so this is what comes out of my boredom. it may not get updated often because i have #adhd and i will have phases where i forget that this exists and then post tons and tons of them, its my hyperfixation. but like i do like to try my best and update alot. there may be quite a few spelling mistakes or bad grammar but i'm dyslexic so i struggle sometimes with my wording and my spelling. i am also very british so if any word sounds british it probably is because i don't really know how american's speak, even though they don't really speak any different to british people lmao anyways i'm gonna stop rambling and just hope that you enjoy these :)
