In the near future the government after a deadly war new species of birds has been created with powerful powers that has claimed many lives. To keep the people calm in the new North America every person between the ages of 16-21 go to a training centre were 12 of them will be picked to try and defeat the deadly bird. As Savannah turns 16 it's her first year where she'll go to train. Will she be chosen?
