Orphaned at a young age Nyla turned to what she was best at to survive, thieving. Living in the slums was a tough life but one she adapted to pretty quickly. That is of course until she stole from the wrong person.

Kayden works for the King in the neighboring Kingdom of Zygon as the kings captain and his best tracker. And he's sent on a mission to find the thief that stole from him. Kayden is counting on this missions success because if not his job will be on the line. But Nyla makes it a lot harder then he planned.

Kidnapped by Kayden and his men the only way to gain her freedom back is to work with him to retrieve a personal item of the kings that he long ago lost.

Can the two put aside their hate for one another long enough before they kill each other?
