Peter's going to die here like he always does, and Tony can't take it. He doesn't want to have to go through it again. He can't see the light fade from Peter's eyes again. He can't do it. 

But what if this isn't it? What if this is his one chance to save Peter? And what if he fails? 

He couldn't leave Peter here to die by himself, even if it'll just restart the time loop and Peter won't remember it, he couldn't do that to his kid. He couldn't leave Peter to die on his own, scared and alone. He couldn't do it.

Little does the world know, that Anthony Edward Stark/Ironman...is alive. He was in a coma for three months but is now on his feet. The only people who know are: Pepper, Morgan, Happy and Rhodey. Tony hears about the new duo and watches them on TV. He admits they are a great duo but deep down he is jealous. It used to be Ironman and Spider-Man against the world. He could always tolerate it and hide his scars and bruises but, when she finds out he's Spider-Man, everything shatters. He has nowhere to turn except to his mentor, Tony Stark: the man he strives to be like. This isn't a Starker shipping fic, it's where Tony takes in Peter because everyone loves a wholesome and funny fanfiction.
