Peyton is a famous dancer and singer who doesnt have time for a relationship. But when she meets a strange guy at a coffee shop she cant seem to stop thinking about him. Then we she finds out it is the famous August Turner and meets him at the BAA's things begin to change. When August accuses her of falling in love with him, he challenges her to a contest.
'He steps close to me so that we aren't even an inch apart. Then, slowly, he leans his head down to my ear. "Wanna play a game?" he whispers amost seductively. His whisper tickles my neck and sends shivers down my spine. "And what exactly are the rules of said game?" I whisper back, mimicking his tone. "We pretend date. Call and text each other all day, play fight, say we miss each other, tell each other good night and good morning everyday, hangout with each other friends and hug and kiss. " He whispers again. This time grabbing my hand and squeezing it slightly. "And whoever falls in love first?" I whisper back. He leans back down to my ear and whispers ever so quietly. "...Loses." He chuckles and pulls away. I lean in and kiss him one more time and walk back to the living room. Because guess what, August, two can play at that game.'
