Isabelle and Emery are best friends, and have been since birth practically. They've lived in the same town their whole life. When they get the chance to make a big life change they chose to take the risk together. Who would have thought the small town in Vermont is exactly the change they needed.

Hunter and Noah met in college and lets just say their friendship saved each other. They both would have much different lives if they didn't have each other.
