The world Izuku lived in was none other than a complete fantasy world if someone from a different universe were to set their eyes upon it. What the past would consider supernatural abilities only a select few had, was now a world where the majority had such ability. Superheroes that were thought to only be fiction were now reality, with individuals with the proper education in the field with unimaginable powers defeating the evil that consisted of villains. Keeping the population of citizens that stood on the sidelines watching their work in awe, safe. Not only were there quirks but wings. Too bad he seems to be lacking in the luck department.
