Max Brooks is a 23 year old that's very uncertain about his life. He was thrown out of his parent's house for not getting a job, and has struggled with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety for as long as he could remember. When his best friend Cam Sterling lets him stay with him at his apartment, he meets a wondrous boy named Jamey Green at a party one fateful night.
