In the 1940s, the small and reckless city of Retrouvaille is led by a young, yet innovative criminal boss who uses his power to protect the civilians from the corrupted city officials and political figures who wish to rid the population of its outcasts. With his older brother who's a criminal lawyer and his younger brother safe in college, Remington Leith swears to use his control over his hometown to deflect violent threats from his rivals and enemies.
