The Doctor finds himself roaming around space and time, like usual, until the TARDIS takes him to the Underground. Once there, the Doctor finds out about the living conditions that all monsters are going through along with what the humans have done for them. When the Doctor first meets the Royal Scientist, all hell breaks loose. The Doctor just wants to help them, but they have a different agenda.

Instead of being sucked into the Time Lock with the rest of Gallifrey in The End Of Time, The Master finds himself on Parallel Earth where he meets Rose Tyler. With the sound of drums gone and his sanity returned, he finds that maybe he and Rose are two broken pieces that fit perfectly together.

[COMPLETE!] The TARDIS unexpectedly enters the parallel universe of Rose Tyler, returning the Doctor to his tenth incarnation upon arrival, though he remains himself when inside the police box. He finds Rose, but the "other" Doctor is nothing like the original.
