“You’re like a dreamcatcher, you know. You’re always looking for the next way to achieve your dream.” When Autumn’s older brother, Jasper, goes into a coma everything is far from okay. But with him unconscious, his deep secrets are slowly getting uncovered. His trip to Santa Monica was anything but innocent and she’s starting to realize that maybe she didn’t know her brother as well as she thought. Jasper on the other hand is stuck in a hospital bed and he’s unconscious, but not completely. He can hear and think but he can’t move or see anything. With this unusual miracle of semi-consciousness, he can also hear the wall of lies crumbling down on him. And to his surprise, his naïve, innocent little sister is behind all of it. He has to get back into reality before Autumn goes too far into the mess that ruined him in the first place.

He discovered her by chance, a glimmer between the trees, weaving a home from petals and magic. Embry wasn't meant to stray off patrol. Wasn't meant to watch. Wasn't meant to fall. But how could he not, when she glowed like sunlight through leaves and smelled like the edge of a dream? Tiny. Wild. Impossible. Everything he never knew he was waiting for. And now, he's hers; heart first, soul deep. Even if she lives in a world far smaller and far brighter than his own. Even if she belongs to the stars, and he was born of the earth. Even if wolves were never meant to love fairies.
