What happens when jughead, who had never cuffed anyone, cuffs Betty after saving her impulsively Betty moved to Riverdale with her mom to escape their abusive father. She is really shy and anxious but becomes quick friends with Archie, Veronica, toni, Kevin, and Cheryl. Jughead meets Betty and like rest of the school is head over heels for her. She is so pure and adorable that he wants her What happens when he cuffs her and tries to claim her from the rest of the school? ⚠️ spoiler kinda but it kinda tells the main plot line⚠️ And once things seem to be normal again, Jughead gets a not so friendly call threatening his girl. This is a Barchie story will include fictional scenarios after the events that occurred in 5x08. I know the ending of this episode was so disappointing so I am here to try to mend broken hearts like mine. Here is the Barchie storyline that we all deserve. We've patiently waited for far too long and since the writers can't give us the content we barchies deserve, I'll try my best to give it to you all. (book written March 2021-Nov 2021) (p.s: I wrote this story right after the premiere of the 8th episode, so this story is very different from the second half of the season, since at the time I was developing this story, Riverdale was on a three month hiatus and season five did not end until October). •••••••• "Betty. He asked as I stared at him dumbfounded by his question. I did not expect this at all. "Wh-what?" I stuttered staring at him in shock. "Betty. I may not be an FBI agent but I know what PTSD looks like" He pointed and I unconsciously fisted my hands. "don't do that" He begged in a whisper while reaching for my hands to keep me from digging my nails into my skin. After break-up, Jughead and Betty managed to be friends for entire year, having calls and texts, sharing things about their lifes in university. Jughead tried really hard to keep it that way until he couldn't. One drunken call and their lifes changed in many ways. They started the hating competition - how rude and mean you can be to each others, how can you hurt other one even more? They don't see each other often, only few times in past several years, but they keep leaving messages here and there, hurtful ones. They hear things from their friends and family, but no, they don't wanna see each other. Jughead knows Betty likes to go out with Veronica and she works hard, she has a cat. Betty knows Jughead has a girlfriend, again, and he writes still. Now they have to meet after years, and they have one new thing in common besides the hate and their history, a job at the same office. ⚠️ mature language and scenes Also kind of a warning - slow burn.

One minute you act like you hate me the next you are defending me and acting like you love me. You make no sense" she ranted. She glared at me and I chuckled. "I love it when you call me Juggie. It's hot" I said and she continued to glare at me in silence. "I didn't know what I wanted before. I do now" I said casually. "Really? And what is that?" She fumed. "You, baby." I smirked. Betty moved away years ago when her parents divorced. Her mother wanted a fresh start in New York. Everyone promised to keep in touch but, of course, they didn't. Only her cousin. Cheryl stuck by Betty. Betty survived though. She made new friends and her mother remarried making Veronica her sister and best friend. Jughead was broken when Betty left. Losing her changed him. As the years wore on, he became darker and cruel. He joined his Dad in the Serpents and truly loved the gang lifestyle. Archie felt hollow since Betty left. He distracted himself with football and girls and had earned himself quite a reputation. Betty and Veronica became best friends while they're mothers dated. They both embraced the New York party lifestyle. Betty changed from a sweet, quiet girl to a bit of a wild child but kept her heart of gold. That is, until Betty and Veronica move to Riverdale with their mothers. Jughead and Archie are shocked to see Betty again. One of them view her as a challenge, the other as prey. Betty has other ideas though. Language warning and maybe some violence and dark material.

After being brought back in by her mother, Cheryl found out she was pregnant and didn't tell her mom until her bump started showing, Cheryl was a small frame so it was barely noticeable. Cheryl told her mother when she was three months into her pregnancy and was once again kicked out. Without knowing where to go, she sat on the street corner hoping someone would find her. She didn't have any friends she could call, she had always been a bitch to everyone, it's how she was raised. Toni's POV Toni Topaz found herself in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend, Liam. He had found her when she was in an emotional state, after running away from the foster system. Her parents had died in a tragic car accident and she didn't want to be shuffled around. Liam took her in and she couldn't leave. Every time she tried he found her, being she had no other place to go. When at the store, Toni meets Fangs, a Southside serpent from Riverdale. He tells her all about the family of Serpents and convinced her to come back with him. He talked about how the serpents were a family and always had each others back. So from Greendale to Riverdale, Toni rode on his motorcycle meet the serpents. When Toni arrived in Riverdale she needed a job to pay for her new trailer. I think you can guess what her job is going to be. Sorry the description is so bad. I wrote a better one, but it got deleted. 😩
