"Darkness and light need each other just like yin and yang- without the other, the one could not exist." Having saved their realm, Akari, Sora, and the others have been enjoying their several months of peace since the beginning of a new era. However, their peace gets disrupted by a call for help from Azuma, who asks them to help her save the Nightmare Realm. While on their journey across a realm that's new to them, Akari, Sora, and company come across many discoveries of their own, and Layla finally gets answers to the clues she's been looking for about her upbringing and her background. Life as an Aria isn't easy, fighting in an unknown world is even harder, but dealing with inner demons is probably the hardest of them all. After all, the dark is when our demons come out the most.

Ten years ago, the Phoenix chose its heir. Then it watched her family burn. Emberin has spent a decade hiding in Korr's slums, protecting her younger brother and the orphans who follow her. The world believes the Aetheris bloodline died in flames .... until divine fire erupts across three empires, calling to twelve surviving heirs. Her siblings think themselves the only survivors. They've spent ten years building power, nursing grudges, and preparing for a throne that can only seat one. But someone orchestrated their family's massacre, and that traitor is still pulling strings. Now Emberin must choose: remain a ghost and watch her makeshift family die, or step into the light and discover which of her blood siblings wants her dead. Because in House Aetheris, the most dangerous enemies wear familiar faces. *This is a temporary cover*
