They say we truly fall in love just once, rest is just life; they lie. We fall in love with circumstances, people, moments, and memories, more than once. But what if the definition of love hits you at your weakest? This is the story of Abhaya, a soul that has seen mere struggle from the early age. Belonging from an air force family, somewhere between shifting cities, running the house, raising her younger siblings, constantly getting stepped on, joining politics, she understands that only the tough survive in this world. She's torn between the good and the bad, thus, develops two different personalities. You eat or get eaten. Therefore she builds a carapace of toughness and gets revenge on everyone that betrayed her, to seek peace. Eventually, Abhaya finds her soulmate in the most unexpected manner. She begins to let her feelings flow, and dares to love truly, madly, deeply. Series of incidents arise which lead her to realize that he's just another person looking to use her for his purpose. Will she continue efforts towards believing in him or will he also end up being another prey of Abhaya's wrath?
"Inaaya," he calls out, a certain urgency underlying in his tone. "Don't ever fall in love with me."
She doesn't say as a moment passes between them and then, she snorts. "Haha.. itne bure din bhi nahi aaye hai mere. (I'm not yet having such bad days)." She mocks and laughs playfully.

Love, two syllables, four letters but carries with it the power to move worlds. The more you receive, the less it feels and even when you think you're better off without it, a part of you can't help but crave for it.
Ayansh Mehra has craved for love throughout his life. The younger sibling, the second best, the awkward one in crowds, the shadow, the one who wants to prove himself but always falls short so when his brother asks something of him, he's quick to grab the opportunity. The task? Make Inaaya Rai fall in love with him and then break her heart.
Inaaya Rai has a past, one she can't forget nor escape. It defines her, influences her decisions, makes her build a shell around herself. When she's forced to work with Ayansh Mehra for a month, she couldn't wait to get done with it because the last thing she wants is to be associated with the guy who had the audacity to propose her after an accidental meet.
But destiny seemed to have other plans or were they really the plans of destiny or manipulation of it?
After all, wasn't everything a lie?
