Humanity continues to search for a suitable planet to sustain them, after Mars had failed, their only hope is a planet in the Sherov system. Planet G3-Holmes.
Does humanity stand a chance at survival or will they vanish from the universe, unknown and alone, small and irrelevant beings?

A Race to New World // ATEEZ Dystopia AU
Earth is dying. People are boarding spaceships, getting ready to escape into a New World. But when they find out that there are only enough seats for one-third of the population, it becomes a race for survival. Whoever gets on first will live. Will Hongjoong and his team win? Or will they be left behind? - Earth is no longer habitable for humans, and the GHSA - short for Global Home Seekers Alliance - are one of the first groups of people who saw it coming. With the governments' help, the "New World Project" is presented. Its objective is to make a "new" Earth out of a newly-discovered planet called ATZ-008. Other than equipment, resources, elites and scientists, what they need most was humans. But in fear of over-populating the planet like we did with Earth, the GHSA decided that only one-third of the population is needed. The Day We Left Earth
If we stayed there any longer, we would have died. Earth was no longer our home, but instead a barren waste land from which we had to escape. Its calm blue oceans were replaced by big empty pits, and the green grass which used to cover our planet has now died, leaving all ground we tread on brown. The sun was getting too close to earth. It was going to explode soon, meaning we would have to leave. Either that, or die on what we called home. Not everyone left, not everyone was saved, but most of us are here in our new home. It's a huge space station called 'Earth Resides'. All of us who made it here, though, refer to it as our last resort. My names Mia. I've been here nine years. || Short Story || Researcher and astronaut Jung Hoseok didn't know how it happened, but a routine mission to the Moon ended in a crash landing no one knows about, leaving him abandoned with nothing but deceased crew surrounding him. But that's the least of Hoseok's problems. While on the Moon, he discovers something. Something that humanity could never see even in their worst nightmares. Will Hoseok survive and make it home, or will be succumb to the same fate as the rest of his crew? Rated M for swearing and some gore/violence, but nothing extreme. No sexual content. In order to embark on a mission to discover alien life on the icy moon of Jupiter Maria must leave her life on Earth behind, including her father and her seven-year-old son Diego. She thought the hardest part of the mission would be saying goodbye, but little does she know what awaits her and her crew on Europa, an environment that has never been explored from the surface until this mission. Perhaps alien life was never meant to be explored by humans... Will she fulfill her promise to her father and son to make it home alive, or will she fail to make good on that promise like her mother did when she was a little girl? Note: This story was written during a challenge to write an entire book in one week! The world was deemed unliveable in 2025. Humans were moved to space stations in order to survive, looking for a new planet to call home. The year is now 2050, and we still have not found a planet. I was born on this ship but my parents were alive when Earth 'died.' I've been chosen to journey to the planet of Alalea in hopes of finally finding somewhere to live. I never thought I would call this place home until I met him. (Based on the world of avatar. This story and characters are completely original and my own!)
Nest Among The Stars
Before the universe existed, God was. Not the God of man made religions but an omniscient presence known only to himself. Then humans were created. Humans multiplied and covered the face of the Earth. Then reaching out to the stars they sought to claim what they believed to be theirs, to share with whatever other sentient species was there. But they found none like themselves. Thinking themselves alone in the universe after centuries of seeking other intelligent life a malaise enters their collective soul. It is then that Earth is unexpectedly contacted by a seemingly omniscient 'voice' heard by all. Told the Earth must be evacuated, humans are encouraged to leave with urgency when first Mercury and then Venus are destroyed. It seems to them that God is not happy. Having reached out to the stars, human kind believed all was theirs, to be shared with beings like themselves who awaited their arrival. Humans had claimed as their own that which they thought to be theirs. Many worlds were discovered. However, they were worlds without life; habitable and yet uninhabited. The offspring of God could find no others like themselves. They then realized, and they regretted, the universe was theirs alone. In denying God they had sought of themselves as gods. And having rejected the Creator of all they possessed, they were now alone in the universe...or so they had thought.Concluida
