In shadows deep, a girl with heart so frail,
Escaped a home where love turned into pain,
Her father's wrath, like storms that would prevail,
Each bruise a mark, each tear a whispered stain.
In twilight's hush, a moment dark and grim,
She took a stand, her spirit fierce and wild,
With trembling hands, she silenced his cruel hymn,
Yet in that act, her mother's love reviled.
With blame like chains, she fled the bitter past,
To oceans wide, where freedom's winds would blow,
Among the waves, she found a crew steadfast,
And in their arms, a love began to grow.
Through pirate dreams and stars that brightly shone,
