Error is the (forced) god of destruction, Ink is the god of creation. Both are needed to keep the balance, but while one is loved the other is hated.

Ink together with the judges elaborated a plan to finally stop Error. A deadly trap. Impossible to escape even for the feared destroyer.

But someone is not following the plan. Things get out of control. Error gets out of control. 

Although things don't go exactly as planed, and the results are more chaotic than they should. It still worked. Error was finally gone. Lost into the VOID, scattering across time and space.

But someone had their eyes on the broken destroyer for a long time, and they were waiting for this moment. Now they can finally act. And take care of their chosen child.

...

Error woke up at the sound of his own crying. What? What's this sound? Why can't he speak? Wait, where is he? Why can't he get up? ...Uh? Why is he... so small?

*OLD VERSION* Healing What Has Been Broken by harrish6

(Picture and characters do not belong to me, they belong to their respectful owners.) Error is the destroyer, Ink is the creator. Both Gods in their own right. They are the balance in their part of the Multiverse, making sure that neither goes to far and makes their Multiverse fall apart at the seams. If Error was able to destroy all the AU's, then there would be nothing left. The universe that they live in would just cease to exist with nothing to fill it up. That is why Ink is needed, to make sure that there is something to fill in those blank spaces, to make sure that there is life. If Ink was able to continue to create with no one to stop him or oppose him, then the AU's would collide and destroy one another. The universe would crumble and decay as they touch, as there is no more room to grow in. That is why Error is needed, to make sure that the AU's don't collide and kill one another, to make sure that there is room to grow in. Error knew this well, even with his spotty and vague memories. Ink did not. Error was broken and tired. He had nothing to live for in the end. He had no friends, no love to call his own, no family. No one wanted him around. He called for help, for anyone to save him from his own madness. But no one came. They left him in the Anti-Void, for the screams to over take him. So Error let go. He fell into the void to be scattered across time and space. No one would miss him. But he did not scatter, he traveled through time and space. Error landed in a new Multiverse. One where there was no Error. All AU's lived in balance in this universe. There was no creator who could not control himself and just create more and more. There was no destroyer who had to destroy. By the time Error's universe knew what they did wrong and the truth of the matter, their universe was falling apart and they had to get back Error to do his job. But they hit a big roadblock when they finally found Error. This universe would not let Error go without a fight.

The concept of Fate, Destiny, The Balance, and Error being the forced destroyer of Au's belongs to the writer @harrish6. They have given me permission to use their idea in my story. That being said, there will be some parts in the story that's directly copied from their story called 'Healing What Has Been Broken'. Keep in mind I was give permission to use it and in no way shape of form am I claiming their work as my own. In this story Error does know about the balance and what will happen if it tips over too much. Error does not like to destroy Au's but does it for the sake of humanity. Error doesn't interact with other people thinking they will just make his job harder. Basically, Error is empty. He still remembers that he was able to feel emotions at some point in time but he doesn't remember what they feel like. Fresh is a parasite who goes from body to body in order to survive. Fresh has never felt emotions in his life he just imitates what he sees and rolls with it. What will happen when destroyer meets parasite? *I wrote this when I was 14. Don't expect much.

to the new people that have come across this, it is very cringe apologies ig also to. the new people why do u read this it clearly says discontinued you masochists- there's also only ten actual chapters so sry if u got ur hopes up or smthn l o l 5 years ago Error threw himself into the void finally giving up... but he was saved by destiny... and brought to a multiverse where fate has no control... in this multiverse there was a highschool full aid a bunch of different sanses and papyrus' some were teachers some were students... but Erratum (Error) soon found out that Dust lived in a abusive house hold.. so Erratum Adopted him. Present time... Erratum has a nightmare... but it was actually a memory... he dreamt of the battle that happened right before he jumped though what Erratum did in the Dream he did in real life as well... Dust heard the all the noise and looked to see his new found father walking threw a portal to a white space.. dust tried to grab him but was instead pulled threw to the other side... BTW Fgod Error belongs to Harrish6 I think is their name I dunno Oh! And we don't want fate to mess with him sooo uhhh fate ummm got beaten up by destiny and the others and locked her a way for good so she can't hurt Error/ Erratum anymore yayyy

Today is a big day, "why?" You might ask, well today the biggest threat to the multiverse, to the creator the the multiverse, has been caught, Error, the destroyer of Worlds himself, was going to be judged, but how can they do that wen he can't even remember anything about himself? Well maybe one thing, an abandoned AU, a lab, a dungeon, pain, and a stack of Memory tapes, these tapes were used to store people's memories, making the person lose all memory of that event, and they were all of Error, and Core Frisk. Everything they new about Error was shattered, and What Error and Core Frisk new about themselves. So Error? 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚? Core frisk will have They/Them pronouns. For some reason, Ink, the Creator and Protector of the Sans AUs, has decided that some of the Sanses of the Multiverse should go to highschool again. Honestly, no one really liked the idea, especially the Bad Sanses, including Ink's enemy, Error. Prince Nightmare is one of the AUs that must repeat these years of treachery. He basically only finished his actual highschool, and is NOT looking forward to having to do it again. Luckily his brother, Prince Dream, will be coming along the journey beside him. But Nightmare and Dream Are polar opposites, so Nightmare can't really get along with his brother's friends, nor Dream get along with Nightmare's, if he had any. With rules to follow and secrets to keep, Nightmare must go through highschool and not let slip the terrible things that happen at home. But then suddenly the two princes disappear. There's no trace as to who might've taken them, either. The only one that doesn't seem concerned is their own father, the king. King Sun-Beam. What is he hiding underneath all of those jewels and fake smiles? A/N: There is lemon/smut. So all you innocent people out there-- don't worry! Because I warn you at every chapter, and right before it happens. I designed the cover, but did the not the amazing artwork of Nightmare Sans. Error, for as long as he can remember had been forced to annihilate AU's because of Ink's endless creative streaks. Ink doesn't seem to understand that this multiverse has a limit to the amount of AU's it can hold. Ink and his friends crave for Errors death and Error is almost passed his breaking point. So when Ink and the other AU Sanses finally push him over the edge (literally), they can finally have their peace... right? Error then finds himself possibly stuck with different versions of his old friends and enemies in a totally different Multiverse. When the time comes and with new allies by his side, will he let his old world rot, or will he be it's saving grace? But nothing is as it seems. One wrong move, one wrong kill, could be the end of both Multiverses... permanently.

So I have been given permission to write this from Waffurupanson. Check out their book Sleepwalker. It's REALLY REALLY good! I read it twice. An AU where Error is not conscious with his destruction. He's asleep during it. On a conscious level, he's never left the Anti-Void. As a result, he's clueless. Side note: all characters and art belong to their respectful owners. Summary: He didn't know who this being was or how they found him but they were scaring him to the point he was going to cry. The last think he remembered was being in the Anti-Void and then waking up here with this living being. He just wants to go back to his Anti-Void.

I dunno wut im doing, sorry if its bad ;~; Some Background: Most alternate sanses are attending a highschool, call the school whatever you like. This takes place in an AU thats not really an AU, seeing as there are no undertale characters. There is a "Gang" in this school, it is comprised of Nightmare, Error, Cross, Killer, Horror, and Dust. Everyone is afraid of them, except for the Star Sanses. Eventually, one of the star sanses, Ink, is able to befriend one of the bad guys, Error. Error starts to develop feelings for the artist, but, when something bad happens to Ink, error wonders if he'll ever get a chance. {This is an extremely slow-burn! You have been warned.}
