What needs to be done for a better world
Scarred by a cataclysmic meteor strike, humanity struggles to rebuild amidst the wreckage. As civilization begins to take its first tentative steps forward, a bizarre twist of fate unfolds. Animals, exposed to a mysterious chemical agent released by the impact, undergo a radical transformation, gaining humanoid traits while retaining their primal instincts. Communication proves to be a barrier in the early years of their appearance. Humans, fearing for their species, ignited a war for dominance. Yet, as the conflict rages on, it becomes increasingly apparent that the scales are tipping in favor of the evolved animals. Humanity finds itself on the brink of extinction and, recognizing the futility of the conflict, a fragile peace is brokered between the two factions. Yet, despite the truce, tensions remain high. Interactions between what came to be called furries and humans are limited.  Over 50 years of war. The Anthro factions have taken over the planet, with one faction, the FAS, charged with capturing and controlling humans. But instead of protection, they subjected humans to cruel experiments and abuse. When one experiment went wrong, it led to an accidental transformation that created super-soldiers-turning 40% of the human population into powerful beings with enhanced strength, speed, and a height matching that of their Anthro oppressors. Three human factions now stand against the Anthro tyranny. Death Watch is the most feared. Their members are taller, stronger, and more ruthless than any Anthro, averaging 6 feet in height, with some towering over 7 feet.
