This is an ongoing compilation of short stories that come to mind every so often and does not fit a long-form narrative. I hope you enjoy!
1. My First Death- what happens when you lose the passion for the goal you have been working towards your whole life?
2. Cafe Terrace at Night- This story was inspired by the Van Gogh painting and basically what it would be like to be a person in that scene. What was their story? So I wrote it.
3. Summer Time Kisses - a fluff scene that takes place at the end of summer, hopefully capturing the feeling of a first kiss. Loosely based on my own ;)
4. Being the Newbie- an excerpt from my blog series Installments of a 25yo. Here I'm reflecting on my current stage in life and how it relates to being a newbie at my job.
5. Drabbles That Come to Mind - some short prose about experiences or things that have come to mind over this time.
6. Work Crush - What would you look like through the eyes of a person having a crush on you? I did not know, so I wrote it. Remember: be your own soulmate ;)

To Warm Frozen Fingers // A Short Story Collection
I like to write. As you may be able to tell. I haven't been very good at writing lately. As you may also have been able to tell. That's why I've decided to write a short story collection. The stories won't interlink, some may vary wildly and you might even wonder if they were written by the same person (the answer is yes). Overall, I'm aiming to write 23 stories, which was one per day for 23 days but I failed at that (*seethes* college work...) so now I'm just aiming to finish it before winter is over! The stories won't be very long - I'm only allowed to write for 10 minutes per story, just to get me going again (and literally warm my fingers, I get really really cold fingers for some reason) and the most I've ever written in that time is around 500 words. Adventures Of A Female Loner
A collection of short stories revolving around a 20-something year old female and her struggles in developing meaningful relationships. The first story is about how I learnt about modern day courtship techniques from observing my best friend woo a boy for his surfing skills and then eventually falling for him for his personality. The second story is about my first real crush, our first meeting, and the story that followed after that spanning most of my high school years, and how it ended.
