In our life , we sometimes need motivation, to push ourselves, because no one else is going to do it for us.
Motivation is an important life skill. The reason it's important is because every person on this earth is unique and has a purpose. To steward your purpose well you have to be motivated to work towards your goal which helps your dreams becomes a reality.
Motivation is like an energy which helps us to grow, to develop our way of thinking , to encourage our hearts in way doing improvements and progressions. we need motivation to work with our mind, body and heart / feelings and to produce the best possible outcome, so that we can enjoy the penalty from achievements or from failure.
