Geanna always knew she was different. She cannot stand who she is. You see, Geanna, or what he goes by, Gerard or Gee, is transgendered.

From alone with being diagnosed with gender dysphoria, Gerard suffers on a day-to-day basis with other mental disorders, depression, anxiety, and an overwhelming sense of self-hatred.

It is until he gets sent to Rockwell Institute for the Mentally Issued, that everything finally starts to change.
