A I C C president Rahul Gandhi visits veteran journalist late Govindlal Vora's residence. _Pays tribute and condolences to the family, over the sad depart of Govindlal Vora Congress president Rahul Gandhi today was in Chhattisgarh on a Mega Road show starting from Durg to Raipur City. Rahul Gandhi was on a open bus accompanied by Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee president Bhupesh Baghel, leader of opposition TS Singh Dev, senior Congress leader Charan Das Mahant, member of parliament Tamradhwaj Sahu on the bus. The convoy was followed by 60 to 70 vehicles with congressmen from all across the state. The Mega Roadshow took four hours to reach up to Raipur from Durg. Thousands of congressmen were seen accompanying their leader in the show. As the convoy reached Raipur City, Rahul Gandhi was reminded about the sad demise of veteran journalist Govindlal Vora. Having to know that Rahul stopped the show in between and directly went to Vora's residence at Geeta Nagar Choubey Colony. Bhupesh Baghel, TS Singh Dev, Tamradhwaj Sahu, Charandas Mahant and many other Congress leaders accompanied him. He was received by senior congressmen Motilal Vora elder brother of late Govindlal Vora. This unscheduled visit of Rahul let the SPG to go by surprise and had to work hard not to let the situation go Haywire. As vora's residence was scheduled for many other VIP moments and already had hundreds of people inside the campus, and with Rahul reaching there, hundreds of more congressmen tried to enter inside the campus. Seeing to the situation SPG with the help of local police some how managed to close the main door of the residence & the situation was brought under control. Congress President stayed for nearly an hour and spoke to all the family members of Vora family. He was seen going very emotional speaking to Smt Prakash Vora wife of late Govindlal Vora and there was a movement when tears fell off her eyes as he embraced her.
