A story in which a 19 year old girl with Leukemia is dragged to a 1D concert by her best friend and meets a boy who absolutely and completely changed her life.

But, with him not knowing about her slowly but surely dying... What will they do? Will they find love in a hopeless situation? Or is it to late for Averly? Is she gonna be gone soon?
