The time of Queen Arabelle and her companions has long since passed, and a new adventure has begun in this mythical world of dragons and heroes. Casimir Ivanov was born in a country, across the sea from Queen Arabelle's country, known as Altair. He is a master swordsman and an excellent smart mouth, but he lacks one very important trait that he is mocked for. Dragon rider blood. After running away from home to avoid being insulted further, Casimir finds himself meeting up with two Tionian siblings: Leopold Colburn, a renowned swordsman in Tiona and a future dragon rider, and Adaline Colburn, Leopold's younger sister and the rider of a water dragon. Leopold tells Casimir about an event known as the Dragon Tournament, a game designed to test if you are worthy enough of riding a dragon. When a mix up at the games occur, Casimir finds himself thrown into the games in Leopold's place and competing to prove himself worthy of riding a storm dragon, one of the most feared dragons out of all. Yet his fate is twisted before his eyes as he finds himself journeying with a group of unlikely allies in order to put a stop to the unrest unfolding in Tiona, a country that isn't his own but one that felt more like home than his did. It will take more courage than Casimir ever knew he had if he plans on surviving long enough to return home safely. ---------- © Isabella Espe 2014 - 2019 This is a work of fiction. In a world where supernatural bloodlines shape fate, Amiriah has always been an enigma. Rescued from a brutal asylum where scientists sought to strip supernatural creatures of their power, she grew up among werewolves, but her true heritage remains a mystery, even to herself. Now at twenty, Amiriah's life takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with Kairos, the feared Dark Prince, cursed to never find his soulmate. Yet, against all odds, the curse shatters in her presence. Drawn to her in ways he cannot explain, Kairos keeps the truth hidden, unsure of how to tell her that she is not only his mate but also destined for a fate far greater than either of them imagined. Their journey takes them to Valeris, the ancient vampire kingdom, where the city itself seems to awaken in Amiriah's presence. Doors unlock at her touch, spirits whisper her name, and long-sealed places reveal themselves to her alone. As ancient forces stir, the city's Elders watch her closely; some see her as a threat, and others see her as a fulfilled prophecy. But beneath the intrigue of Valeris, a far darker danger lurks. The spirit of the scientist who once tormented Amiriah is rising, seeking to return to the physical world, and he sees her as the key to his revival. With war looming between supernatural factions, hidden prophecies unraveling, and a love that defies fate, Amiriah must uncover the truth of her past and embrace the power within her before it's too late. But destiny is never so simple-will she bring salvation, or will she be the spark that ignites the ruin of everything? ⚠️ Content Warning: This story includes some age regression scenes 💫 Note from the Author: This story is something I'm writing for fun, so it may drag on at times.
