"
He stared at me intently- so much for 'that won't happen again.'

"You scared?"

"Um, well you've just pulled up with some fancy ass car, no explantation and an idea that I'm actually going to get into it. You've got to be kidding me."

He walked closer to me, still staring unblinkingly into my eyes.

"You should know that I do karate." Not exactly the truth but he didn't need to know that.

Not your average rejection story. Usually the boy does something stupid - and keeps being stupid - the girl forgives and forgets and gets pulled in by the mate bond. Ignoring all his transgressions because 'the bond said so'. Not this time, sometimes fate gets it wrong and sometimes you grow out of things; like love. Vivian Clark is a mostly normal girl, as normal as you can be when you're more than eccentric mother is the head of a coven of witches. Something that; according to her, is a long standing tradition and more people need their apothecary than Viv realizes. While Vivian practices magic and identifies as a witch, it's more of a religion than a lifestyle in her eyes. She doesn't know there are very real powers laying dormant in her bloodline, and very real creatures that not only lurk in the night but often lurk on her doorstep. Trevor Erikson; a hot shot jock, a playboy, and Mr. Popularity, he could have any girl he wants and often does. Going from one to another and enjoying every minute of it. Despite the fact that he's a werewolf and an alpha's son, he could care less about fated mates or finding a luna for his pack. Which he'll eventually take over at the end of the school year. He doesn't take it too well when his fated mate shows up unannounced, and he does what any asshole would do. He rejects her at first sight. How will the two manage with a rejection floating between them for the remainder of the school year? ************************************** A fast-paced romance with mature scenes, all based in a fantasy world. If that's your vibe this is your story to read. This is my second work and I had to get it out of my brain cause it's all I could think of while writing a completely different book, there will be slow updates.

Ariana's world is about to shatter. When a chance encounter on a dating app leads her to Dorian, a charming yet mysterious man, she finds herself drawn into a world of magic she never knew existed. Sparks fly between them along with an undeniable tension but Ariana has no idea that the man she's just met holds secrets darker than any she could imagine. Dorian isn't just another flirt on a mission to break hearts. He's searching for something, someone and Ariana's magic might be the key to unlocking the truth behind an ancient world hidden just beyond the edges of reality. As their connection deepens, so does the danger that lurks at every corner. There's something within Ariana, something ancient, tied to the Gateways, doors to a world of darkness, power, and chaos. And the more she uncovers, the more she realizes that the path to saving both worlds might lead her straight into Dorian's arms... or into the heart of a terrifying truth that will change everything she thought she knew. When love and danger collide, the only certainty is that nothing is what it seems.
