Althea never thought she would step foot in the lives of the Snyder brothers again after she packed her bags and moved out of the state. One year later, her family decided to come home for the summer -despite her numerous protests- and she's forced to face all the problems she ran away from last summer. More specifically two annoyingly handsome problems named Kris and Kayden. She's only back for the summer, 67 days to be exact. It can't be that bad, right?

Summers are supposed to be that time of the year that you should look forward to. No school, hours at the beach, late night parties. What's not to love? Three words. My neighbor's grandson. For once in her life, Maliah Arias is looking forward to her summer. It's the summer before senior year and life couldn't be better. She has a hot college boyfriend, plenty of Dl soccer scholarship offers, and she just went through a massive glow up. To make matters better, her neighbor's annoying yet very hot grandson, Jackson Cruz, who usually visits every summer, is away in Europe. When circumstances change, Maliah finds herself once again in the presence of Jackson, who seems hell-bent on making her life miserable. Although as time passes, the two of them find themselves growing closer and closer, whether they like it or not. Tears are shed, hearts are broken, and Maliah finds herself wondering if she'll be able to survive the summer and make it to senior year.
