The galaxy's in trouble again. Twenty-four years after the Battle of Exogol, the remnants of the First Order and the Empire have allied themselves with fledgeling sith cults from the corner of the galaxy under the queen of New Alderaan.
The Jedi are gone, burned down in the Second Purge by Darth Keera herself, leaving scattered survivors across the galaxy.
The New Republic remains tense, anticipating that the Imperial Remnant might make their move. A military ship makes a discovery in the Outer Regions that will change everything- the survival of one of the Skywalkers.

The Children of the Stars is a saga examining the story that could follow the sequels. The children of Ben Solo and Rey feature as protagonists alongside the son of Finn and Rose Tico, and the daughter of Poe Dameron and Kaydel Ko Connix. Several characters from Legends also make their appearance.All Rights Reserved

This is my version of the third chapter of the new Star Wars trilogy. I will not change anything that happened in either Force Awakens or Last Jedi. I will uphold the restrictions that resulted from the sad death of Carrie Fisher and will only draw from the deleted scenes or audio from pre-existing Star Wars movies and properties. Whilst I appreciated what Last Jedi was trying to do, I did not actually like it. However, I have no intention of undoing any of the main plot points or revelations that were in it. E.g. Rey will certainly not be a Palpatine. The story will not contain any Reylo. I know, I know: I love it too, but it was really weird seeing it as canon in the Rise of Skywalker. Do not expect it here. I am a big Star Wars fan and will be adding things from as wide a field as possible. All planets will be based on actual places mentioned or visited in the various movies and tv shows. Immediately following the events of The Last Jedi, the battle for the galaxy continues between the First Order and the last of the Resistance. As the new Supreme Leader takes the throne, the First Order is focused on finding and destroying all who oppose them. The Resistance had disappeared into hiding and desperation has forced them to explore the gray areas of war. Meanwhile, on opposite sides of the war, Rey and Kylo Ren are forced to face the realities of their bond, their complicated relationship, their loyalty to their causes, and their understanding of the Force. Could their star-crossed connection be tied to the fate of the galaxy? This is a slow burn! Enemies to friends to lovers. This story continues the arcs and themes beautifully woven through The Last Jedi, as well as the narrative from the previous two trilogies. Rey finds Jedis, lightsabers, friends and enemies; discovers truths, stories and secrets. All these distractions in one aim: forget her grief and ancestor. Poe creates plans to prove that he can be the next General. Finn wants to protect Rey from her Dark Side and repeatedly tries to make her understand his secret. In the Council, he defends the fate of the stormtroopers though many in the Resistance seek the destruction of the rebuilding Empire more. Is there any way to bring Ben Solo back? Something Rey nor Ben dare to think. Nevertheless it's obvious that it is what both of them want the most in the darkest place of their hearts. After reincarnating him the two go back to Ajan Kloss to restore Ben's violent acts and protect the rest of the galaxy. Eventually they might have a little miracle soon.
