In summary, this story is a continuation of the Skylanders Lore. I'm taking aspects from all Skylanders content to produce a story of what happens after Skylanders Imaginators (a year later, to be precise). It mainly follows Stump Smash and a continuingly growing cast of characters as they attempt to solve new problems placed upon them. With Ring of Heroes being kind of out of my radar, I'll probably use ideas from it rather than any lore. Understood? Then, please, come and enjoy Skylanders: Found.

Skylanders Ring of Heroes - Rifts and Dimensions
Skylands. A wonderous world filled with magic and adventure. An endless expanse of clouds and fantastic floating islands. With this powerful spell book, he can use it to turn the Reformed Villains back to the way they were, turning them back to evil so he and the rest of the Doom Raiders can do some evil things, like rampaging and terrorizing Skylands. But Chef Pepper Jack's plans backfire! The portals start erupting one by one, and soon create a huge space explosion, so powerful that it causes a rift between dimensions! The rift starts pulling in entities from all corners of space, including things that don't belong... And with it, the Portal Masters from Earth are suddenly transported into Skylands! Skylanders Academy Season 7 War of Fire & Ice
A New Beginning with Nina and Zoran and their new friends, Camo, Sunburn, Zap, and Echo. Together, they were the Cadets and ready to graduate to become Skylanders like the other heroes. The hero of Skylands, Stealth Elf, Pop Fizz, Jet-Vac, Eruptor, and Spyro. Spyro and his friends were now Trainers to the cadets and helped them to graduate and become Skylanders. His wife, Cynder, was with her team, Hex and Roller Brawl, protecting Skylands from evil. Nina, daughter of Spyro and Cynder, was having a good time but her dream began to haunt her. Her nightmare was about two elemental tribes fighting each other in a war. Her brother, Zoran, and the others think it is just a bad dream. But not long until her dream became real. A war is coming and one elemental tribe is coming and they are not "ice" to meet them. Now Spyro and his team must find a way to save their home and stop the invasion. Three months ago, The same time when the 18 legendary Skylander Heroes vanished without a trace, Kaos had broken out of his Traptanium prison. Power Rangers: Cube Battlers
The Rangers returned to their normal lives after defeating Lushadow-Void and creating the new Universe. But then, a message gets sent to the heroes, telling them that a new threat is planning to seize control of one of the most powerful energy sources in the Universe: the Morphin Grid, and the most shocking thing of all, is that the people who sent the message tells them not to come and help them. The Rangers then learn how Sheldon came up with the idea to create his own team of Power Rangers, different from the ones made from the Grid. The heroes decide to go to the Morphin World to stop this threat, but they need to be extra careful because they're Rangers who are not connected to the Morphin Grid, which means they're targeted by both the threat and the Morphin Grid. And what's more shocking is that the force behind it all is someone very familiar to them, especially to one Ranger specifically. To stop this new foe, the Rangers have now become: "the Power Rangers Cube Battlers", fighting the new threat while reluctantly fighting the Morphin Grid Power Rangers to avoid exposure.
