The only reason to marry is Love - A Sanditon fanfic

16 parts Complete

Winner of the Austen Writers' Awards 2020 - Sanditon category. Sidney Parker is set on never marrying, but when it is the only way to save a young lady from ruin he changes his mind. Still a reluctant groom, he is determined a wife will not change his life, but soon finds he was quite mistaken. He struggles with his changing feelings, unaware that so does she. Will circumstances and words unspoken keep them apart, or will they find a way to unlock each other's hearts? Sidney's and Charlotte's gripping love story, written in a different setting but aiming to stay true to their characters. In addition to the Austen Awards, this story did to my delighted surprise also win in the Sanditon Survival book club's (Facebook group for Sanditon lovers) '2020 Sanditon Fanfiction Awards' - categories 'Completed story' and 'AU story'. You who have read and encouraged me are truly the best! Thank you! Thank you to Grainne Swann for making me the adorable cover.
