Elizabeth Sanders, who goes by Ellie, she is a loving daughter and a master hunter, even though she is only sixteen years old. But despite her young age, she has mastered every weapon as well as close combat thanks to her father's training ever since she was a little girl. But now it's time for the coming of age ceremony which is held every summer where anyone and everyone who has turned sixteen right before that day and each one of them now has to place their hand on the magical crystal stone that will decide their fate. And if you have any magical properties it will light up as well as change colors that will sort you into the best housing in their school for you, while those who don't will find a normal job or just take over their families business. But despite all of that it is rare to find anyone that doesn't have even the smallest amount of or some kind of ability to allow them into the school even though it is still on them if they graduate. And this is Ellie's story and how she became something that no one ever thought possible, for a girl.
