Although Niyah has a fairly unconventional family growing up with two mothers in an interracial relationship her life had always just been simple.
She was a good student, a track star throughout her middle school and high school career and now she's off to college.
Niyah obtained a full ride to Morris University , an HBCU, based on her track skills.
