When a lonely and depressed Evangeline goes out for a walk in the woods, at the wrong place, at the wrong time, she gets taken. When she wakes up she is in a different room, different house, different place. She discovers that her kidnappers are not human, and neither is she. But when she begins to fall in love with Niall, one of the kidnappers, something horrible happens.
