Christmas in the Country (A Pocahontas FanFiction)
My longest story yet! This will sort of be in the same style as Hey Bully, one of my previous fanfictions. John Smith and Thomas will still be close brothers and Pocahontas and Nakoma will still be equally close sisters and John and Thomas' lovely girlfriends. The thing I'm going to change is the place of Ben and Lon. Rather than being the VA/US History teachers, they'll be John and Thomas' uncles. I thought about this and thought it was too gold of an idea to refuse. I'm basing this off of, not a Christmas, but something that happened to my family on a summer road trip. John and Thomas will start out giving their Christmas gifts to Pocahontas and Nakoma and telling them about their plans for Christmas break: they're going to spend Christmas with their grandma since it's their first Christmas without their grandpa. Also like Hey Bully, Corduroy will be mentioned and the story of how Thomas got him will be included. Thomas will also be struggling with the thought of whether it would really be Christmas without their grandpa. Since this takes place around Christmas, I'm going to aim to have it done by then.
