Some parts of our lives are supposed to die and be left in the past so that we can peacefully move on with life, yet our closets are filled with bones that someone will eventually dig up. In this instance, it's always a good idea to keep a roll of duct tape and plenty of moving boxes around. You never know when you'll have to pack up and leave again.

Escaping from your past isn't easy, especially when you're just a puppet in the grand scheme of things. We were young, but we never had it easy.
