It's five month ago since Derek died.Mer is pregnant but just barely getting by... She doesn't work but also didn't run away as in the series. Mer lives in her old house with Alex, Jo, Amy, Maggie and the kids. She spends the most of her time in bed and in her own world. She hasn't been outdoors for even 4 months...
