Wang Yibo is one of E-sports' most hottest and most popular pro-gamer. His career as a pro-gamer and HIStoria's team captain comes to a temporary halt, when his close friend Zhu Zan Jin gets ambushed by their rival, team OutCastt. Upon finding out the news that Team OutCastt was the cause of Zan Jin's brutal injuries, Yibo decides to take matters into his own hands. The gaming media was not too happy with the choices Yibo made and demanded that HIStoria sits out for the rest of the season. Yibo being the leader that he is decides to take the fall for the team and go on a one year probation.
It was heartbreaking news for both team HIStoria and their fans, but a one year probation allowed Yibo to continue his studies at University and eventually to find Xiao Zhan a dedicated and passionate doctor, whom Yibo often runs into.
