My life is a series of thresholds that I overcome through poetry. Love, loss, pain, regret, humor, irony, word play, and even sarcasm are as much apart of my life as they are central to my poems here. I am Thresheld. UPDATE: It's been quite a few years since I started this book, and it has become rather prolific. I am currently working on organizing my poetry to make it easy to navigate. For now I've posted my recommendations and a few favorite shorts. My vampire mate (currently re-writing)
A 15 year old girl faces the extremes starting from a young age... Abuse, mentally..physically..emotionally.. hatred, depression, suicidal thoughts, attempts, and more. All things she eventually had to learn how to handle on her own. But a vampire now... how will she face face this new ' extreme'? I grew up with a abusive family, all of them reminding me every day how worthless I was, how i was the mistake and the one ruining the family name, and didn't Belong. Until one unexpected night I was taken by a guy who is a vampire and claims me as his mate... Y/n is a teenage girl who is abused and hurt by not only her family, but other people she meets at school, she was counted as a outcast, freak, etc.. one night she goes out and is almost raped but is saved and kidnapped by a guy who ends up claiming to be a vampire who claims she is his mate, and that she belongs to him. Will she find love with him? He's My Secret (edited-ish)
He kept on staring at me but I ignored him, at least I tried to. He was sitting right beside me and although I was looking at the board I still could glimpse his form facing me, he seemed to be looking at my lips. I wasn't able to take it any more. I slowly turned to him, he was indeed staring at my lips. "What??" I ask feeling self cautious as I fought the thought of wiping off my mouth. He slowly licked his lips and said, " nothing" as he shook his head " your lips ... they just look so kissable" he added slowly and calmly after a while causing my heart to overreact, my eyes went wide and my mouth to turn into a forbidden smile. "What?" I asked as I tried to give him a weird look but I couldn't stop smiling, the forbidden smile seemed to be taking over my entire face, slowly but surely. This book is in the point of view (P.O.V) of the main character (first person) with an exception of chapter 1 which is told by the narrator (second person) { Book 2 - Revealing Secrets https://my.w.tt/bF5lujvGo2 } When this book was reviewed by yours truly it was summed up to 50 chapters. I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.Complete

Love is strange. It exists in many forms and is one of the key components that makes humans happy, but there isn't a lot of understanding surrounding it. At least not the kind of understanding with which the average person identifies. Agnes is one of the few people that can accept all kinds of love. Despite her dated name, she is a woman in her late 20's dealing with the death of most of her family. She's now stuck in the middle of figuring out how to raise children that she never saw in her future and deciding what love means for her, when it has to exist within layer upon layer of complication. She let go of her boyfriend after almost a decade because their love wasn't meant to exist under the strain of children, only to find herself confronted with the overpowering connection of her old high school sweetheart. The same man she ran away from because their values hardly aligned when it came to how love should be expressed long term. Within the midst of learning how to raise children and balance her ever-building career, Agnes tries to recover from her mother's death, seek comfort without complicating her circumstance, and figure out why her mother would name her Agnes. Finding real comfort starts to feel impossible, as her most available options are her ex-boyfriend and her assistant. Completed! Rejected 6 times** "This one just isn't for us."
