Julia Gore, the new transfer, she has light purple eyes and deep blue hair, she's pretty pale that makes her galaxy freckles stick out.
Her Quirk, Forever Gust, a very rare quirk. it isn't one passed down, it comes from the quirk "Mist" and "Turbine" Mist is a jet of water that is made of just mist, though, if settled for atleast a second, it can turn as hard as concrete. Turbine is very strong winds that is mainly used for defense but, it can be used for attacking.
Forever Gust is a mix between the two and a genetic mutation or three added. These twisted her quirk making it almost the exactly the same and nothing like her parent's quirks, at the same time...
Forever Gust is a wind and mist mix, how ever, if hit by these wind and mist gusts, Jane can control the person, object, animal, robot it hit, making it easy for her to easily win the fight. Even if she has control over the person, animal, or object, she can still solidify them to a wall.

Hello my name people just call me Ice because a very simple reason. I'm a walking snowman in every way if I walk in the sun for to long I sweat water I can die very easily. My quirk is a mutant quirk, Ice being I let out a cold mist from my mouth so I can walk around in the sun. I if people aren't careful will freeze like a block of ice in seconds, I if I remain cold can't be hurt not like feel pain anyway I am a walking ice cube that is indestructible if I stay cold. My mist changes color depending on what I eat but it has to be cold I eat metal, stone, iron, ice of course and the one that titles me a villain.
