Edgar is a boy who lives within a world where abilities named quirks have manifested, however these abilities have not changed his low income neighborhood in Los Angeles. Racial bias still exists, gang violence only grows stronger with the growing powers of others, now using the name Villains rather than just psychos and murderers. His dream is to rise up to the top like others before him and fix his hometown, then try to spread that peace throught the State and then maybe the world. 

Disclaimer- This isn't a AU of the real BNHA, nor do I take any credit of the real series. This is my own personal take on what happens on the other side of the world with the new hero and villain crisis rising.

This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.
