Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. This is mostly about exploring the relationship between Dream and George because I think they have a very beautiful friendship. The plan was for me to draw a cool cover because I like to think I'm a pretty good artist, but I'm also lazy so here's a stock photo I put text over.
