The story set in the large city of Twilight inhabited with monsters,Demons,Vampires, Criminal. A boy enters the city and gets involved with fierce power struggles between dark forces with unimaginable power. He sets out on a journey to find what happened to his father and meets new friends and enemies.

However, this city has one law: Never, ever force a human to change their form. Guide them to it. Let them gain a taste for it. Make them want it. Make them feel part of that supernatural world. A young girl named Sara was born and raised in this city. Seeing the supernaturals and humans being able to work together, live together peacefully as they gain their power and army, grabbing whatever land they can get.
