He was ordered to capture the person behind the potent and notorious mafia known as Fynn Mafia. He, together with his team failed on their first attempt on their mission. In the verge of dying, he was saved by an anonymous person. He can't believe that there is something that the Sovereign Agency can't handle independently. And that is when they knew they needed the help of the jack of all trades, Alix Vancove.
