Simon Carp, a sophomore English Major and President of the literature club, enjoys campus life by balancing homework, work studies, and his social life in a very coordinated manner. Dexter Sun, a loud and rude transfer student and member of the Midnight Crows-a rock and roll band-ends up being Simon's partner for a class project.
